We accept payment by debit and credit cards, personal cheque (in GBP), or bank transfer. USD cheques and bank transfer (wire) also acceptable to our US bank account.

If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us about the item you are wanting to purchase so we can organise this transaction.
Goods will only be dispatched once your cheque payment has been processed and cleared funds are shown in our bank account.
CASH & COLLECT SERVICE
We are happy for you to visit and make a cash payment. Please contact us to make an appointment regarding a cash payment and collection of goods. We will forward an invoice prior to arrival or when you visit.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING and insurance for all online purchases of £500 or more. Shipping costs for purchases under £500 are charged as follows:

Occasionally charges for shipping exceptionally large or bulky items are extra. If this is the case the listing will show as an extra charge and this will be advised to you prior to shipping.
We will endeavour to have your items delivered within 3-5 days of receipt of cleared funds. This is for the UK. Overseas may take a little longer
The same care taken to find your product is taken in the packaging, making sure you receive your order without any problems. All items are sent via a reputable courier service on which a tracking number will be forwarded to you upon dispatch. This will enable you and ourselves to track your delivery with proof of delivery requiring a signature.
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS DURING TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that your purchase has been damage or lost during transit, a full refund will be processed as soon as your purchase has been returned to Titus Omega for inspection relating to the fault or damage.
If upon delivery your parcel looks damaged and subsequently your enclosed purchase is damaged you must:
- Log this with the delivery courier operative.
- You must receive a receipt for this complaint from the courier operative.
- Please notify Titus Omega immediately so that we can look at the issue in question.
- Photographic evidence is also required to back up the damage to your delivery if possable
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return purchase bought from Titus Omega we will be happy to exchange or refund providing you:
- Return your purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days from the purchase date.
- All items need to be sent back to TitusOmega via a recorded postal service & require a signature by a Titus Omega member of staff.
- It is advised that the purchaser insure the item being returned against loss or damage during transit.
- Refunds will be given once the purchased item has been received and inspected by Titus Omega.
- Purchaser pays return postage.
Your purchase amount will be fully refunded or an exchange/gift note offered if requested. A refund on the return delivery cost will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods due to the fault being that of Titus Omega.
Your purchase should be returned to Titus Omega in the condition that it was received and in its original packaging.
All purchases should be returned unaltered and undamaged.
The purchase price of the item will be fully refunded or exchange agreed excluding the delivery costs by Titus Omega if shown separately on the original listing or invoice.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition as per dispatch, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund on the item or deduct an appropriate amount that reflects the cost to correct the damage incurred.
If when the returned item is in such a state of disrepair, we will refuse to refund the total cost of the item returned.
